Alexander C. Martinez

Alexander ‘Alex’ C. Martinez, beloved son of Carman (Julie) Martinez and Christy (Paul) Brackmann, both of Cincinnati.  Loving step-father to Brynleigh. Loving brother of Alaina M. (Jason) Kaiser of Dayton, Ohio and Aaron E. (Jessalyn) Martinez of Cincinnati.  Cherished grandson of Alvin (Lynn) Gulleman of Cincinnati and the late Elaine (nee Fain) Gulleman, the late Carman Martinez and the late Viola Mae (nee Bailey) Martinez. Caring uncle of Anya, Lyla, Natalie and Scarlett. Also survived by his aunts, Catherine Gulleman, Sandra Colston and Tina Tondreau.  Alex was also preceded in death by his aunt, Juanita Dailey. Devoted best friend to his dog Tookie.

Alex was a 2007 graduate of Oak Hills High School. He passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 4, 2025; age 36.

A Celebration of Life for Alex will be held on Saturday, August 9, 1:00PM-4:00PM at the Delhi Senior Center, 647 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233.  Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.

Coming home from the hospital in his little tuxedo outfit, riding the little red jeep with his sister, playing baseball, a fishing trip with his dad and his brother, playing Yu-Gi-Oh! cards with his friends, loving his dog and much more! Alex was taken from all of us way to soon and will leave a hole in the hearts of everyone who loved him!
