Anita V. ‘Vonny’ Wells, beloved wife for over 30 years of the late George R. Wells. Devoted mother of Ronald (Karen) Mock of Tennessee and Henry (Theresa) Mock, Gary (Ann) Mock, Darris (Scott) Bohman and Kelley Raschke, all of Cincinnati. Loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Patsy Fitzgerald of Tennessee. Preceded in death by 5 siblings and her parents, Frank and Mittie Medart.
During her working years, Vonny was the food service manager for WKRC for over 20 years. After leaving WKRC, Vonny sold real estate for 10 years with Coldwell Bankers of Cincinnati.
Vonny passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at Western Hills Retirement Center; she was 95 years old. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, June 20, 10:30AM at St. Vincent De Paul Church, 4026 River Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45204 . Interment St. Joseph New Cemetery.
