Barbara Ann Fitzpatrick (nee Ward), devoted mother of Mark E. Fitzpatrick Sr., Joshua M. (Brianna) Fitzpatrick, Emily D. (Steve) West, all of Cincinnati and Timothy M. Fitzpatrick of Virginia. Loving grandmother of Mark Jr., Samantha Nicole, Lillian Grace, Mylee, Callie, Lila and Josiah. Dear sister of Arnold Wilson of Harrison, Ohio, Eugene Wilson of Cincinnati, Donna Amburgey of Independence, Kentucky and Diane Taylor of Harrison, Ohio. Also survived by her former spouse, Mark O. Fitzpatrick of Cincinnati. Barbara Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Callie Ward.

Barbara Ann was a 1971 graduate of Western Hills High School and during her working years she was employed by the United States Postal Service as a mail handler.

Barbara Ann passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021,at Good Samaritan Hospital, after a long illness; she was 68 years old.

Visitation for Barbara Ann will be Monday, August 16, 11AM-12PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West Eighth Street, Price Hill.  Words of Remembrance to follow at 12PM. Final resting place, St. Joseph Old Cemetery.
