Billie R. Stephenson, beloved ex-wife of the late Billy R. Capps. Devoted mother of Christopher R. and Tiffany J. Capps, both of Cincinnati and Amber M. Bowling of North Bend, Ohio. Loving grandmother of Kayleigh and Johnnie. Dear sister of Terry Stephenson of Gulf Port, Mississippi, Theresa Stephenson of Barbourville, Kentucky, Joyce Gross of North Bend, Ohio and Patti Bayer of Hooven, Ohio. Billie was most recently employed by Mercy Health West Park. Billie passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2020; she was 53 years old. Billie will be missed by many.
Visitation Friday January 15, 2021, 2:00PM-4:00PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 W. 8th Street, Price Hill.
