Beloved fiancé of Ashley Adkins. Devoted father of Elizabeth Barlage. David is also survived by his parents, William and Victoria Barlage of Cincinnati, brother Chris Craft, sisters Kayla and Morgan Barlage, his biological father David W. Barlage Jr., half-brothers Matthew Barlage, Alex Barlage, Justin Barlage, half-sister Amber Barlage and half-brother Josh Alford, all of Cincinnati. David was preceded in death by his mother, Robin (nee Alford) Hamblin. David passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020, at University Hospital. He was 30 years old. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020, 11:00AM-1:00PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 W 8th Street, Price Hill.  Funeral service will follow at 1:00PM. Interment Spring Grove Cemetery.
