Emanuele P. 'Manny' Allen

Emanuele P. ‘Manny’ Allen, beloved husband of Paula A. (nee Zito) Allen. Devoted father of Susan E. Allen Yates, Lisa E. Allen-Mayleben, and Paul E. Allen. Loving grandfather of Ryan (Cora) Yates, Natalie Mayleben, Olivia Mayleben, and great-grandchild Rhowen Yates. Dear brother of the late Skip Allen. Also preceded in death by his parents, A.B. and Ruth (nee Blum) Allen.  

Manny graduated in 1959 from East Jefferson High School in Metairie, Louisiana, served in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1963 on the USS Savage, and was employed by AT&T as an Electronic Technician until his retirement in 1990. He worked several positions after retirement including a kitchen designer at Central Hardware, a Salesman at Colerain Dodge, and a Crew Leader at Manheim Cincinnati.
He passed away unexpectedly from complications due to Covid-19 on Thursday, August 12, 2021; he was 80 years old.  

Inurnment with Military Honors, Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 1:30PM at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.  The family suggests memorial contributions to Mission 22. 694 N. Larch Street,  #910, Sisters, OR 97759.  Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home serving the family.
