Esther E Stokes

Esther E. Stokes (nee Fightmaster), devoted mother of Steven M. and John S. (Shelly) Capal, both of Maineville, Ohio, Bernie M. (Jamie) Capal of Park Hills, Kentucky and the late Robert D. and Michael S. Capal.  Loving grandmother of Vanessa, Jonathan, Nicholas, Morgan, Spencer, Samuel, Sophie and her great-grandchildren, Levi, Lincoln, Cooper, and Chase.  Dear sister of the late Sonny Fightmaster, Ruth Huddle and Patty Lovelace.

During her working years, Esther was employed by St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington, retiring in 1998.  Esther passed away at Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation on Thursday, July 14, 2022, after a long illness; she was 96 years old.

Visitation Tuesday, July 19, 10:00AM-11:00AM, followed by a Catholic Funeral Blessing, 11:00AM, at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West 8th Street, Price Hill. Interment St. Joseph New Cemetery. Memorial contributions by be directed to Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation, 4320 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
