Evelyn J.T. Spencer (nee MacComiskie), beloved life partner of the late John Estabrook. Devoted mother of Katrina (Jon) Ferreri of Cincinnati. Loving grandmother of Ashley, Boyd and Jon and her great-grandchildren Benedict, Maddie and Violet. Dear sister of William MacComiskie of Scotland and the late Ronald MacComiskie and Elizabeth Gordon. Also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her former spouse, Calvin Spencer and her parents, William and Agnes (nee Keith) MacComiskie.
Evelyn was born in Dundee Scotland. She attended The Harris Academy, where she received her English degree and she served in the United Kingdom’s Royal Navy.
Evelyn passed away at her residence on Friday, February 4, after a brief illness; she was 76 years old. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral home serving the family.
