Fred J. Ellison

Fred J. Ellison, beloved husband of Debbie Cornell. Devoted father of Deborah Garrett and Denise Dunn, both of Hamilton, Ohio, Nicole Burgin of Ludlow, Kentucky, Brandon Cornell of Cincinnati, Steven and the late Shawn Ellison. Dear brother of Sandy (Joe) Hines and Amy Tedesco, both of Cincinnati and the late Cathy Lanter. Loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Winston and Delores (nee Ward) Ellison. Fred was the owner/operator of Babes Café in Cheviot until April of this year. He had previously owned Memories in Fairfield and Busters in Hamilton. Fred passed away at Hospice of Southwest Ohio on Saturday, January 2, after a long illness. He was 72. Visitation Friday January 8, 2pm-4pm at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 W. 8th Street, Price Hill. Catholic Funeral Blessing at 4pm. Military Honors to follow.  

Fred was a US Army, Vietnam Era veteran.
