James C. Hodapp

James C. Hodapp, beloved husband of 57 years of the late Charlene M. Hodapp.  Devoted father of Joyce A. Foley of Cleves, Ohio, Robert C. (Shelly) Hodapp, Michael J. (Francesca) Hodapp and Steven J. Hodapp, all of Cincinnati and Daniel G. (Andrea) Hodapp of Harrison, Ohio.  Loving grandfather of Ricky, Katie, Joey, Libby, Gracie, Bryce, Breanne, Brittany, Jackson, Cole, and Scarlet. Dear brother of the late Edward and Bill Hodapp and Mary Weldishofer. Also preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Georgetta Hodapp.

Jim was a US Navy Veteran. During his working years, he was a painter for the City of Cincinnati for 40 years, retiring in 1995. After retiring from the City of Cincinnati, Jim worked for Delhi Garden Center as a handyman until 2014.

Jim passed away at Aventura at West Park (Formerly known as Mercy West Park) on Saturday, September 30, after a brief illness; he was 83 years old.  

Visitation Thursday, October 5, 6PM-8PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West 8th Street, Price Hill.  Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 6, 10:00AM, St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 1175 Overlook Avenue, Price Hill.  Interment with military honors, St. Joseph New Cemetery.
