Janice E. (Record) Cahill

Janice E. Cahill (nee Record) , devoted mother of William (Emily) Record, Robert  (Beverly Hammons) Record, John (Angela Larck) Cahill and Edward Digman, all of Cincinnati.  Loving grandmother of Amanda, William Jr. ‘Will’, Jacob, Nicolas, Jon, Finnegan, Wilhelmina, Melissa Skye and her great-grandchildren Lucille and Piper.  Dear sister of Patricia Merida of Cincinnati and the late Beverly Digman.  Also preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Hanssard and Della Marie (nee Yocom) Hanssard.

Janice was a 1967 graduate of Western Hills High School and a licensed beautician for nearly 30 years.  During her working years she had been employed by Lee’s Petite Beauty Salon in downtown Cincinnati and among her clients were Al “Uncle Al” and Wanda “Captain Windy” Lewis.  She had also been employed the Hamilton County SPCA as a dispatcher and she also worked for St. Lawrence Bakery.

Janice passed away at her residence on Friday, January 6, 2023 after a brief illness; she was 73 years old. Services for Janice are private.  Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West 8th Street, Price Hill serving the family.
