Cincinnati-Janice M. Plowman (nee Southard), beloved wife of the late Charles L. Plowman. Devoted mother of Latasha M. (Paul) Swafford of Florence, KY and Judy M. (Dillon) Conners of Cincinnati. Loving grandmother of Courtney, Madison and Jacob Swafford, Andrew Plowman and Camren, Serena and Gavin Lawson and her great-granddaughter, Charlotte ‘Charli’. Dear sister of Steve Southard and Peggy Alessandro, both of Cincinnati and the late Judy and Rocky Southard.  Caring daughter of Hazel M. (nee Creel) Southard of Cincinnati and the late William F. Southard. Also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Sunday, July 7, 2019, age 59. Visitation Monday, July 15, 11:00AM-12:00PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West Eighth Street, Price Hill. Funeral service to follow at 12:00PM at the Funeral Home. Interment Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
