Cincinnati-Joshua Matthew Moser, devoted father of Chloe Elizabeth Moser. Caring son of Kimberly C. (nee Phelps) Moser and David D. Moser, Sr. Dear brother of Kayla Marie Moser and David D. Moser Jr. Caring grandson of Patricia C. Thomas, Jimmy Lee Phelps and the Late Marlene Faye (nee King) Moser and the late John F. Moser. Also survived by his niece Amyia F. Jesse, his uncle John F. Moser Jr., his aunts Tammy, Taria and Chrissy Moser, his girlfriend Devon P. Ziegelmeier and his daughter's mother, Sarah Renay Jessee. Unexpectedly, July 6, 2019, age 27. Visitation Tuesday, July 16, 11:00AM-1:00PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West Eighth Street, Price Hill. Funeral Service to follow at the funeral home at 1:00PM.
