Michele 'Micki' Henshaw

Michele J. ‘Micki’ Henshaw, devoted mother of Shana J. (Todd) Simpson of Clarksville, Maryland and Rena S. Winkler of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Loving grandmother of Jesse (James), Seth, Ethan (Maddi), Max, Janie and Rose and great-grandchildren Eleanore and Perseus. Dear sister of Danny (Rita) Smith of Vevay, Indiana, David (Tamara) Smith of Milford, Ohio, Chris (Linda) Smith of East Lansing, Michigan, Kevin (Tina) Smith of Kentucky and the late Karen ‘Suzy’ (Byrd) Ealy. Also survived by her former spouse, Russ Henshaw of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Martha (nee Dearinger) Smith.

Micki graduated from Hughes High School and completed some college at the University of Cincinnati while pursuing her interest in interior design. During her working years, she was employed as a Teacher’s Aide at Sands Montessori in Mount Washington, retiring after more than twenty years of service. She passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 9, 2024; Micki was 77 years old.

Visitation Monday, April 15, 11:00AM-12:00PM, followed by the Catholic Funeral Blessing at 12:00PM, Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 W. 8th Street, Price Hill.
