Robert J. Wimmer

Robert J. Wimmer, beloved husband of Theresa (nee Eiler) Wimmer. Devoted father of Vanessa (Steve) Florian, Catherine (Dave Keidel) Sala and Luke Wimmer, all of Cincinnati and the late Joseph Wimmer. Loving grandfather of 5 grandchildren. Dear brother of Jack Gerros of Cincinnati, Melvin Wimmer Jr. of West Chester, Patricia Carlson, Anthony Wimmer and Debra Laxton all of Cincinnati and Frank Wimmer of Bennington, Indiana. Also survived by his former wife, Melinda Sala of Cincinnati. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Ocie (nee Hunt) Wimmer. Robert was a 1975 Graduate of Western Hills High School and during his working years, he was a self-employed contractor. He passed away unexpectedly at Mercy West Hospital on Wednesday, November 24, 2021; he was 64 years old.
Visitation Friday, December 3, 12:30PM-1:30PM at Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home, 4164 West 8th Street, Price Hill with Words of Remembrance to follow at 1:30PM. Interment Arlington Memorial Gardens.
