Ronald W. Laney

Ronald William Laney, devoted father of Justin Kendrick of St. George, Utah. Beloved son of Louise (nee Dotson) (the late Alan) Birkofer of Cincinnati and Arthur (Janey) Laney of Cincinnati. Dear brother of Dawn Link, Cathy Mersch, Cindy Enwright, and Sara Loehle, all of Cincinnati, Heather Chitwood of Wetumka, Oklahoma, Jodi Cristopfel of Austin, Texas and Tammy Hawkins and Cathy Bennett, both of Manchester, Tennessee, Mike Laney of Williamsburg, Ohio and the late Paul Laney.

Ron was a 1985 graduate of Oak Hills High School and was a self-employed roofer and he loved fishing, playing softball and his family. He passed away unexpectedly at Mercy West Hospital on Sunday, October 10, 2021; he was 54 years old.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:00AM on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at St. William Church, 4108 West Eighth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45205.  Visitation in church, one hour prior to Mass.  Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home serving the family.
