Salvadore James Tedesco, beloved husband of 73 years of Frances Mary ‘Pam’ (nee Longo) Tedesco.
Devoted father of the late Diane (Chris of Cromer Norfolk, UK) Chapman, Mike (Linda) Tedesco and Cherie (Paul) Riestenberg both of Cincinnati, Tammy Lang of Maineville, Ohio, Pam (Scott) Murray of Cincinnati, Gary (Tuesday) Tedesco of Lawrenceburg, IN and Salvey (Paige) Tedesco of Cincinnati. Loving grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Marie Gaudio and Anthony ‘Toto’ Tedesco. Salvey was a produce vendor for over 40 years at Findlay Market, Court Street and 6th Street Market.
Salvey passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his home, while surrounded by his family; he was 94 years old.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12PM on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 5222 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247 on what would have been Salvey’s 95th birthday and Salvey and Pam’s 73rd Wedding Anniversary.  Final resting place, St. Joseph New Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Freestore Foodbank, 1141 Central Parkway Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio, 175 Tri County Parkway, Cincinnati OH 45246 or Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O.
