Thomas E. 'Tom' Phelan

Thomas E. ‘Tom’ Phelan, beloved husband for 36 years of Cathy J. (nee Yancey) Phelan.  Devoted father of Thomas Y. (Stephanie) and Matthew J. (Candace) Phelan, both of Indianapolis, Indiana and Kari L. (Rick) Cafeo of Alexandria, Virginia.  Loving grandfather of Betty, Shyanne, Samuel, Elijah, Kyle and Kevin.  Dear brother of Patrick Phelan of Dayton, Ohio, Mary Fran Piepmeier of Glendale, Ohio and Ann Denu of Dubois, Indiana and the late James Phelan.  Also preceded in death by his parents, William J. and Marcella M. Phelan. 

Tom was a 1973 graduate of Finneytown High School and was the owner and operator of Phelan Remodeling, retiring in 2019.  Tom passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Burlington House Healthcare Center, after an extended illness; he was 68 years old.
