Timothy P. Spurgeon

Timothy P. Spurgeon, beloved husband of 50 years of Deborah A. (nee Davis) Spurgeon.  Devoted father of Jennifer Maxfield of Cincinnati and Stephen (Christine) Spurgeon of Albany, Oregon.  Loving grandfather of Elizabeth and Elliot.  Dear brother of Walter Spurgeon Jr. of Ross, Ohio, John Spurgeon of Kettering, Ohio, Caroline Fitzjarrell of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late Patricia Parrett.  Also survived by his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Margaret Spurgeon. 

Timothy graduated from Elder High School in 1965, University of Cincinnati in 1974, and he retired from the USPS in 2007 after 30 years.  He also served in the US Navy in the Vietnam Era, 1967-1969. 
Timothy passed away on February 11, 2022 at Mercy West Hospital, after a long illness; he was 74 years old. Services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.  Ralph Meyer & Deters Funeral Home serving the family.
