William J. McCarthy

William J. McCarthy, beloved husband of the late Mary O. (nee Tenhundfeld) McCarthy. Devoted father of Bill (Cindy) and Ryan (Mindi) McCarthy, Donna (Ron) Lipps, Vicki (Mickey) Morand, Amy (Mike Faulconer) Scarlato and Kerry (Denny) Obert, all of Cincinnati, Ohio and Katie (Jeff) Lammers of Charleston, South Carolina. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Jordan, Lauren, Emily, Britni, Brian, Meghan, Amanda, Curtis, Ally, Zak, Jake, Liz, Alex, Jack, Mason and the late Landon and his great grandchildren Ronan, Imogen, Layla, Noah, Jude, Brooks and Sutton. Dear brother of the late Jim McCarthy and Mary Kay McCarthy. Also preceded in death by his parents John and Mary (nee Grace) McCarthy.  Bill graduated from Elder High School in 1958, was a Pipefitter for 62 years and was with Local 392 for 39 years. He passed away peacefully on January 3, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family, after battling a long illness. He was 80 years old.  Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, January 7, 2021, 9:30AM at St. William Church, 4108 W. 8th Street, Price Hill.  Final resting place, Our Lady of Victory Cemetery.
