Dear brother of Christine Y. Powers of Felicity, Ohio. Caring son of Karen A. (nee Moran) Powers of Felicity, Ohio and the late William C. Powers Sr. Also survived by many uncles and aunts, cousins and nieces and nephews. Sunday, March 1, 2020, unexpectedly, age 51.
