William I. 'Billy' Messer

William I. ‘Billy’ Messer, beloved son of the late Terry Messer and Mable (nee Holloway) Ellis. Dear brother of Grant Messer and half-sister Amy Messer, both of Cincinnati and half-brother, the late Terry Messer. Caring nephew of Juanita Holloway of Milford, Betty Sanders, Linda Holloway, Clites Holloway, David Holloway and Jimmy Holloway, all of Cincinnati, and the late Ernest, Allen, Joey and Panzy Holloway and Barbara Conners. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins, including Barbara Spradling of Middletown, Ohio and his step-father, Roger Ellis of Cincinnati.
Billy passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Saturday, August 7, 2021; he was 41 years old.
